Give Me Something Small
“The only person who likes change is a wet baby.”
This is one of my favorite sayings.
“Lifestyle Changes” sounds daunting. Overwhelming. Scary.
Just give me a pill.
Small, something taken every day.
I can write for small pills, but given the choice: would you rather make small choices (changes!) everyday that may keep you from being on pills all the time?
Healthy, small habits with diet, movement, sleep and stress management every day (or most days!) add up and tend to snowball over time.
